Reggie comes to FCR from Houston, Texas, with over 15 years of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion experience. He has a BA in Human Resources Management and MS in Organizational Leadership and Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, and a MS in Human Resource Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
