The ARCH National Respite Network and Resource Center provides Targeted Technical Assistance and Training, assists and promotes the development of quality respite and crisis care programs, helps families locate respite and crisis care services in their communities and serves as a strong voice for respite in all forums.

FRIENDS provides Targeted Technical Assistance and Training to the Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP) Community and seeks to effectively support CBCAP lead agencies and other organizations to meet their responsibility to promote optimal outcomes for all children and families, including ensuring services are culturally appropriate and prioritize equity.

KidSCope provides social-emotional and mental health services for young children, consultation in classrooms for young children at risk, evidence-based parenting education, inclusive early childhood education for children with special needs, and health & child development resources for families and providers of young children.

Our Head Start and Early Head Start programs prepare children for success in school through three distinct indicators of school readiness: the children’s readiness for school, the school’s readiness for children, and the support provided by families and communities. Every child at FCR Head Start/Early Head Start receives developmentally appropriate guidance and educational activities, resources, and tools needed to become lifelong learners and successful in kindergarten.
