Lara Kehle is the director of KidSCope with specialized staff providing social-emotional health services for young children, consultation in child care classrooms, parent education, inclusive child care, and resources for families and providers of young children. Lara also heads the Chatham Action on Resilience Initiative.

She has over twenty years of experience working with children in classroom settings as a school psychologist, board certified assistant behavior analyst, mental health consultant, parent educator and Pyramid Model coach. She has worked with Head Start and Early Head Start programs providing mental health consultation for classrooms, staff, and individual children specifically around social and emotional skill development.

Lara provides training on Community Resiliency Model, Nurturing the Brain, Conscious Discipline, Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children, the effect of stress and trauma on early brain development, and many other areas.
